Sunday Roast
On Sundays, the fire brings everyone to the table. Ciro celebrates the Sunday Roast tradition in its own way, with slow-roasted meats, sides from the wood oven and a table made for sharing.
Lunch begins with sourdough bread, smoked butter and spreads, followed by Mediterranean-inspired starters such as bluefin tuna belly with Port wine reduction and quince. Then come the roasts: roast beef, rotisserie chicken and marinated Iberian pork presa. They are served with the wood-oven classics: Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables and potatoes, cauliflower cheese, gravy, horseradish cream, apple sauce and mustard.
Served family style, the dishes are placed at the centre of the table. Platters are passed around, conversation flows and everyone helps themselves, just like at home.
The price includes a non-alcoholic welcome drink, coffee and water. Pigs in blankets (pork sausages wrapped in bacon) and desserts are charged separately.
